Looking for a way to be more involved at 1stChurchJC? ​



​Are you interested in participating in worship or working behind the scenes to make worship a better experience for others? There are many ways for you to get involved. You can serve on the Security & Welcome Team or the Tech Team.

​ You can be a greeter or work with our young children and babies. You can sing in the choir or lead the readings and prayers during worship. We would love to bring you on board.

Virtual (Online) Sunday school Class Available. Join us Anytime Online:  
​Pathfinders and Friends

Whether it's weather, or COVID, or any other reason you cannot come to Sunday school in person, you are invited to join the in-person Pathfinder's class online via Google Meet for a time of announcements, prayer concerns and a lesson. We can send an email link to you each week with the link for a computer or a phone. Email the church office at [email protected] to request an email link.  The class would like to meet you!

Holston Conference issued a call for Cleaning Kits,  Hygiene Kits and monetary donations to restock for supplies which had been depleted by recent disasters and to be ready for those in the future.

If your church plans to assemble kits, they may be delivered to the Three Rivers District Ministry Center.  It is always a good idea to call ahead of time to make certain someone is in the office to accept your delivery.
