​Weekend Project:  March 22, 23, 24 in 2019

ASP Volunteer Info and Reg

ASP ONLINE REGISTRATION

Brian Rosecrance has registered our church for an an ASP Tri-Cities Home Repair Program experience we will be doing on March 22, 23 & 24.  You can do the whole weekend with Cathie & Brian or just pick 1 or 2 days. BUT, you have to sign up by following the directions  below. Do this SOON, as space is limited for each day.

Note that you have to sign up for each day separately. Each day has a different number assigned as the group code.

So here's the steps to follow:

      1. Click on the ASP Volunteer Statement & Registration Form (at the link TO THE LEFT on the blue button. Fill it out and bring it to the worksite on the day(s) you are participating.
          (the above step is a form you will print and bring with you to the worksite)

       2. Complete your individual registration to join our group by clicking on the following webpage
           (the step above is an online registration you complete using the codes listed in the next few sub-step)

       (2a.)  Put in the correct number (8360 for Friday, 8368 for Saturday or 8369 for Sunday. If you are working more than one day (which I hope you can) you will have to repeat the process again with the appropriate code. Then hit the "Join An Existing Group" tab. You will also be given a choice at the next screen to enter that different code number.

         (3.)  Background checks are required for all adult group members (19 yrs. and older), but if you have had one done by our church in the last 3 years, ASP will accept that. Brian will check with Bree Nelson for each person that registers. If you haven't had one done Bree will do it for you and the church will cover the cost. Brian will then submit that information to ASP. 
         (the step above is for background checks and                  must be completed before the event)

IN SUMMARY:
(1) PRINT THE ASP VOLUNTEER INFO AND STATEMENT FORM AND FILL IT OUT AND BRING TO WORK SITE
(2) GO TO THE ASP ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION AS PART OF A TEAM AND CHOOSE THE DAY(S) AND USE THE CORRECT CODE(S)
REMEMBERING YOU HAVE TO REGISTER FOR EACH DAY SEPARATELY.
​(3) BACKGROUND CHECK WITHIN THREE YEARS ON FILE AT CHURCH OR GET BRIAN/BREE TO DO ONE FOR YOU NOW.
