The use of church facility and request form can be downloaded and printed. Then it must be completed and returned to the church office or directly to the trustees. This is in addition to directly requesting calendar listing of the date/time/location desired. This "double-check" system helps avoid more than one activity planned for a specific date/time/space.
An up-to-date and correct calendar depends upon everyone involved in the life of the church. If you notice something missing in the calendar, please let us know.
