The Finance Committee manages the church budget. This process involves studying the program and staffing needs of the church, working in concert with District and Conference guidelines, and developing a responsible, working budget for the general program of the church. The Finance Committee also manages Endowments, and other financial campaigns. Stewardship is a separate committee but works closely with the finance committee.
