FORMS AND INFORMATION DOCUMENTS
The Outreach Committee will accept requests for funding for 2020 using the form at the link above. The form should be completed by the committee or program desiring consideration. You can print a copy of the form and complete it, then return it to the "Outreach Mailbox" in the print room adjacent to the church office or mail it to the church with attention directed to the Outreach Committee chairperson, currently Mike Eddy.
If you plan to request to use the church building, a room, the sanctuary, the parlor, fellowship hall, the gym area, the Neighborhood Center, or property (parking lots), please remember to submit a calendar request (after checking the availability of the particular room, etc on the calendar) AND complete the Trustee Form below (for general use/non-wedding or wedding). Church members using a room for various pillar meetings, UMW events, etc do not need to fill out the trustee form, but still need to check the calendar and then submit the calendar request form so the event can be placed on the calendar.
