FORMS AND INFORMATION DOCUMENTS
If you plan to request to use the church building, a room, the sanctuary, the parlor, fellowship hall, the gym area, the Neighborhood Center, or property (parking lots), please remember to submit a calendar request (after checking the availability of the particular room, etc on the calendar) AND complete the Trustee Form below (for general use/non-wedding or wedding). Church members using a room for various pillar meetings, UMW events, etc do not need to fill out the trustee form, but still need to check the calendar and then submit the calendar request form so the event can be placed on the calendar.
