TIME AND TALENT SURVEY 2017
All members or non-members are asked to consider completing the Time and Talent Survey Form again or for the first time. Our church leadership plans to coordinate the responses gathered then organize and distribute the results among the ministers, executive committee members, and chairpersons of the major areas of ministry, or pillars, of our church. Please provide your name and appropriate contact information. You may download and print the two page area of interest form using the download file link below. Or you can use two new forms - one which defines spiritual gifts and the other which is a survey to help you assess your gifts and areas of interest. Then either mail or bring the form(s) by the church office. Alternatively, you can submit the form online using the survey form below by checking one or more boxes listed beneath one or more of the categories. There are blanks to type functions or opportunities which are not listed. Thank you!
